Because the higher the frequency, the smaller the impedance of the capacitor, so it is not suitable for high-frequency electronic speed regulation, unconventional AC sine wave frequencies, or other high-frequency equipment. Otherwise, it may appear inaccurate test or damaged voltmeter.
